As part of our continuing Corporate University webinar series, we are happy to welcome two experience speakers who will present on the next edition entitled “Corporate University Infrastructures For Success”
The speakers for this event are:
Terry Pilcher, BCS Management Services, who has extensive experience in the areas of change management, business improvement, knowledge management and benchmarking.
Kenny Ong Chun, Senior Vice President, Takaful IKHLAS, Malaysia, whose expertise includes group strategic planning, talent management, human resource management and training & development.
Terry will introduce the importance of embedding a best practice management infrastructure in the organisation structure and administrative systems of a corporate university. This area of management is often neglected in the development of the corporate university. It is important that as decisions are made regarding the strategic development of the corporate university programmes and real-time development projects, that these best practice guidelines and systems are in place in the organisation at an early stage.
Kenny will then draw on his own experiences to provide examples of how a company’s best practice administrative infrastructure systems ensure that the best practices are visible and can be applied – and possibly how they can also leave opportunities for innovations in relation to the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
